Yeah. The Wiki software is open source. That's why there's like 500 wiki sites that use some same ass ugly black, white, and blue layout as Wikipedia.

When are people gonna understand that the internet is not paper? It does not need to be black text on a white background.

It's a bit complicated. I only got my Wiki working through poking around, there wasn't a particular trick to it. Pretty much just upload the mediawiki files into a folder and follow the READ ME instructions, vague it may be.
