You could get a USB Hard Drive if you run out of space again. They're fantastic and so easy to install, even RegalSin could do it.

Nah. I got this one from my friend Jacob. If I have space problems in the future, I'll just get a 720 GB HD and put it in the empty drive bay I have. I'll need an external for my laptop, though.

I keep doing that as well.
I just need to set aside a day to burn backup DVDs. I keep running out of space on my computer, and then I go out and buy another Hard Drive. Now my main PC has 4 hard drives totaling 790GB of space. You would think that would be enough, but somehow I find ways to fill them up.
My only issues with externals, is that they are way slower then internal drives, especially against SATA300. If eSATA external drives would lower in price, then maybe I would buy one. USB 2.0 is just too slow of a transfer protocal for Hard Drives, and what I use them for.

I keep running out of HD space too, usually by DLing torrents of old TV shows that aren't yet on DVD, like Eek The Cat.
I also wish that people who burned stuff would compress it a little, especially erotica. I don't need a 1.5 GB DVD rip of a 70 minute porn movie. I'm never going to watch it full screen. Hell, I rarely watch anything fullscreen on my comp.

I know what you mean. I went to look for Red VS Blue torrents, and most everything was a straight DVD rip. I don't need DVD quality for an online show.
Most of my space is taken up by torrented PC games, though.

I have 945 MB out of 40 GB in my laptop.
Shows: 15 gigs.
PS1 and Sega Saturn games, emulated: 5 gigs.
My mugen: 3.7 gigs.
UT2004 and 3 other PC games: 5.5 gigs.
Music and music videos: 3 gigs.
The rest of my shit: 7 gigs.
I eat space. I need an external hard drive badly.

Holy SHIT!!! Ccleaner, Ccleaner!!!
www.ccleaner.com
Used it on one of the old crammed-to shit AV computers and freed up 5 gigs just by getting rid of temp stuff that Windows doesn't bother to delete. CD drive cache, HD cache, all this shit that Windows precaches and then just leaves there. Windows is seriously like the roommate in college that always leaves dirty underwear and semen-filled tube socks all over the fucking floor so that when you have a girl over, your room looks like ass.
Secondly, 3GB of MUGEN? Mine is around 300mb.
Thirdly, I found out today that JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by Capcom fucking rocks.

I got my mugen down to just over five gigs today while at work. so that means I shaved off like ten gigs altogether so far. things are much more organized now, though I still don't have a functioning game compiled yet..

I use SSF and Cassini 3.0.
Cassini 3.0 runs really fast, and SSF runs more games.
Oh, and Char, that thing cleared a lot of space from my laptop, so thanks.

I feel bad for some people in this thread.
I have 2, 750 gig externals, and 2, 120 gig internals.
1 external is filled, and both internals are filled within reason. I also have another 252 gig (or something) external hard drive hanging around, not even opened yet.

I don't even have a job, or else I'd have way more space. I just applied to Kmart today, though, so I hope I get that job.

I worked housewares for a while when I was with kohls before going to overnights.
that's the exact reason I worked in housewares, by the way.
