Metallica - Orion, a very epic piece
I know Sirius by Alan Parsons Project is not metal but the burst of riffs can represent hard blows.
RIOT - Black Water: it starts with an ominous moan and explodes into a violin solo followed by a bitchin' guitar solo. The only down side is the "ominous moan" takes up about half the song, the rest is just awesome though.
Dream Theater has done some good instrumentals. I would recommend Hell's Kitchen. It's not a hard song but it could work with a dramatic fight scene.
