Former Marilyn Manson band member Stephen Bier Jr. (a.k.a. Madonna Wayne Gacy) is suing the gothy rocker for breach-of-contract, seeking more than $20 million.

The keyboardist is accusing Manson of spending the band's money “to fund his lavish lifestyle, drug habit and the production of his upcoming film, Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll, among other things.

He also says Manson took assets belonging to the rest of the band (money generated through touring, and album and merchandise sales) to purchase Nazi paraphernalia, African masks made of human skin and the full skeleton of a 4-year-old Chinese girl, all of which is on display in his Chatsworth, CA mansion.

Manson calls allegations “ridiculous”…though he doesn’t deny owning Nazi paraphernalia, African masks made of human skin, and the full skeleton of a 4-year-old Chinese girl.

Bier is seeking unspecified general, compensatory and punitive damages as well as lost salary, bonuses and attorneys' fees.

I've never been a huge fan of Marilyn Manson, but I always had semi-respected himself because he would say he was an artist foremost, with musicianship being behind. I respected the fact that that's how he saw himself. After hearing about this, it's just completely unprofessional. Sure, drugs, Nazis, and skeletons have always been a huge part of rock 'n' roll, but the fact that he uses the band's funds for that and not his own salary or what have you, that's just shitty and an insult to bandmanship.

I hope Madonna wins.

RIP Hacker.

We're assuming "Madonna" is being truthful... I'll reserve my judgment until facts emerge.

That just made me want to see Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll more.

There's a classic clip where Manson and John 5 get into a fight during a live performance.

Ah yeah, Rock AM Ring 03. He was a pretty good guitarist too. I thought the new MM CD was alright, but it's not that hard sounding. Golden age of blahblsjfjhk sucked though.

I loved Portraint of an American Family Antichirist and Mechanical Animals, Holywood was a shitty remix of Antichrist, and Grotesque was ok, The new one is great though, even though If I was your Vampire is probably the stupidest line I've ever read.

I always thought if Manson really wanted to shock people hat he should come out on stage in blue jeans and a t shirt. Seeing the fucker wearing pants would be far more shocking than anything else hes done.
