I dont know if this topic has been made. I couldnt find it, so im making it 
Anyhow, one thing people cant make just like my mom could make is refried beans. I live w/my brother and his girl and she doesnt make beans at all. When she does they are canned beans and those are never the same as mom's beans. And I miss those.
lol this post just made me look total 'spic-ish.'
At any rate, is there anyone out there who misses something, that no one else can make just like mom used to make?

My mom used to make me pissed off all the time. I don't miss that so much though.
Really though, I will admit that she made great hamburgers and spaghetti that was delicious when it was reheated.

My mom makes good fried okra. and potatoe salad.
Once not long ago me and my mom got into a drunken argument about whether or not zombies could be real, we almost beat each other up about it, that cant be normal.

That explains almost everything....
My mom makes AMAZING scalloped potatoes.... the rest of her food is pretty bad though... and she can't bake at all! She tries though. Valdronius' mom makes amazing everything... entire meals, baked goods, everything!

My mom is just a damn good cook in general, but she makes incredible Italian food. The only time I've had better food then her's is when we go to my grandmother's (her mother's) house.

My mom sucks. My Dad makes all the food, and it's damn food. She can make some stuff but she never gets off her lazy ass to do it. She doesn't even deserve to have her name capitalized.

Anyway, my mom used to be a professional cook, so she pretty much kicks 37 different types of ass when it comes to cooking, but I still live at home, so I can't really miss it...though I start college tomorrow, and my hours mean I'll never get any of her food unless I reheat it, so I guess I will miss it
