We all know the joke that was Paris Hilton's jail sentence. But, now it appears that another useless cunt will get off completely free:
TMZ says:

...felony. But we're told that the D.A. is inclined not to file those felony chargescharges may be filed tomorrow, and the D.A. is leaning toward rejecting three possible felonies. Sources say the D.A. almost certainly will not file cocaine charges in connection with her DUI bust Memorial Day weekend in Beverly Hills.
As for her July 24 arrest in Santa Monica, the D.A. could charge her with felony cocaine possession, and bringing cocaine into a correctional facility -- also a either.
That basically leaves misdemeanor DUI charges for both incidents. If Lohan is found guilty of both, she'd have to serve a minimum of four days in jail.
...Lohan's mega-lawyer Blair Berk and prosecutors have been talking a lot and that spells a possible plea bargain.
What the fuck!?! If any person in this forum did this exact same shit, they would be going to PRISION for YEARS, not to JAIL for 4 fucking days! Is Los Angeles' legal system that f'ing corrupted? I mean these aren't even the good actors and actresses that are getting off easy. It's the shitty ones!
So, I'm guessing by that logic, if Sean Connery killed 20 orphans with an axe he would be sentenced to 4 hours of community service.

The closest thing you can get LA people to march about is legalizing millions of illegals. And they did so with the american flag in tow, but only after the initial marches were done with mexico's flag flown high. Lohan should get some kind of punishment, but there's bigger fish to fry.

Man oh man, look at my signature...I'm 18, have long hair, and I look like a Mexican, I'd get a bigger sentence than her just under suspicion of having drugs, even if I didn't. And did you hear about Nicole Richie? 82 whole minutes...she probably didn't even get to finish her movie, what a cruel and unusual punishment. Celebs don't get sentences, they get timeouts, and it's the biggest crock of hippo shit (which would be a BIG crock) I've ever heard. They thought they were making an example with Parasite Hilton, but then they pull this shit?
