I dont know if Batman would count as a Ninja, since he technically isn't although he did study w/ninjas in both the comic + movie.
So, on that note I will have to agree w/Ryu being the best ninja. He is Ninja Gaiden after all. I'm afraid he'll kick my ass if I dont pick him.
