Okay, so I just saw the trailer for Dragon Wars. This looks terrible, and the special effects look about the same quality that Sam Raimi used on Xena/Hercules. (Which translates to good for low-budget, mid-90s TV, not for 2007 Theatrical Movies.)
As anybody heard anything about this movie? (I did a search, and could not find any mention of it on this forum.)
So, if anybody doesn't know what I am talking about, go here, watch the trailer, and laugh at the crappiness:

The title has been changed to D-War.
Too bad it's not based on the classic Interplay PC game, then it might have had a chance being good.
Back in 2005, when Pauly Shore had his reality series "Minding The Store", he auditioned for - and won - a part in ths movie. Apparently he has since been recast.

And, yes I agree. Hell this game's cover is probably better the the whole of the movie.

I've got too many other movies to hate without actually watching than another dragon movie. I know one person with a dragon tattoo on his chest that should be excited for it though.

It's like the Sci-Fi channel saved up all their pennies and paid someone enough to make their next direct-to-television suckfest a theatrical release instead!
