The world map looks like he's in Arizona or something. Desert, desert, city? City? Mario running around modern cities would be funny (even though, oddly enough, Mario is Missing was not.)

Most of us have played some Mario hacks. I personally had "Mario 13" (hacked Saiyuuki World 2 ), and "Sonic" (hacked SMB1). I can imagine how dumb you could be to pay 150$ for that...

Yeah, there were a bunch of fake SMB games, even before emulation made it so every fifth grader and their mom could make shitty ROM hacks. The pirate group that made the Mario 4 cart made a total of 13 SMB "sequels". They were as follows:

Super Mario 4 - Armadillo hack
Super Mario 5 - Same as SMB2
Super Mario 6 - Tiny Toons hack
Super Mario 7 - Flinstones hack
Super Mario 8 - Don Doko Don 2 hack
Super Mario 9 - Adventure Island 2 hack
Super Mario 10 - Jackie Chan's Action Kung Fu hack
Super Mario 11 - Adventure island 3 hack
Super Mario 12 - Yoshi no Cookie (unaltered)
Super Mario 13 - Tiny Toons 2 hack
Super Mario 14 - Kaiketsu Yanchamaru 3 hack
Super Mario 15 - SMB1 (unchanged?)
Super Mario 16 - Joe & Mac hack

Wasn't Super Mario Bros. 4 what they called Super Mario World in Japan?

Also that Tiny Toons hack is bad yet hilarious. I would love to see what the Joe & Mac hack looks like.

Why would you even bother hacking the Tiny Toons game if the only change you're going to make is to put Mario in? They didn't even bother to change the sprite on the world map.

Wow, The work the guys did on SMW for the NES, I woulda thought it was a rejected Nintendo prototype like NES SimCity which is still at NoA. (release it dammit!)

someone actually made the koopa from kart fighter in mugen. he has a raging demon where a undred coins fly out of the opponent! they also made rario from super cospaly fighter ultimate.
