One more forgotten NES game

Hi,

I have thought of another NES game that I've played as a kid, but now since all my cartridges are lost I don't know where to look for. This one will be harder to identify, though.
A platform game. All I remember is that you played as a blue boy (with quite a big head and a helmet, IIRC) and it had a catchy music. Most of your time you're walking on your feet, but some levels (including the second one) are located on quite interestingly designed roller-coasters. I don't remember what are you supposed to collect - balloons probably, but maybe also coins.

Sooo, any ideas?

Unfortunately it's not Little Nemo. AFAIR the boy had the whole blue suit, and I'm 100% sure the first levels were played during daylight.
The most memorable elements of the game were those roller coasters. Whoever played the game would surely remember them.

Thanks for the suggestions. Keep them going!

PS. Going to play DN3D now, just to be on the safe side Wink)

Hey, I also had Totally Rad when I was young.
I finished it a couple of time, at the first stage it may seem like a boring game,
the controls are a bit awkward but actually that's one of the better NES side scrollers!
I stopped playing it back then, only when I've got Wai Wai World II which is awesome,
I probably went trough it 50 times. Oh man.
