So I went ahead and fixed the various buttons (edit, quote, AIM, MSMN, etc) buttons so that they're transparent. Now they no longer look awkward when they appear on the purple background. Unfortunately, to do this, I needed to change the text color. For now they are white, but white is far too bland. Does anyone has suggestions for another color I could use? Gray? Cream? Pastel green?
