Waiting Room Only - Steve Hackett
On Genesis' Lamb Lies Down on Broadway album, they had a tune called "Waiting Room" which was an extension of them dicking around with creepy sounds with the lights off when writing for the album at Headley Grange, a house that Led Zeppelin, Bad Company and the Pretty Things had lived in and "ripped the shit out of." Towards the end, it becomes more "musical."
The part that always creeped me out the most was at 1:51. It sounds like angels singing welcoming God onto our plane... and then he reveals that he's not what we thought he was... or at least that's my interpretation.
I hope this shows properly; I can only see a box on this work computer with an icon in it, but it looks similar to the other videos posted.

Autopsy's Mental Funeral actually succeeds where most death metal albums fail and manages to be very creepy.
