Now that all of the paperwork's been concluded with, it seems Atlus is now a SEGA subsidiary. SEGA has already stated that they have no intentions to mess with Persona or its parent franchise, Shin Megami Tensei.

ATLUS USA is not ATLUS. It just means that SEGA is going to do the publishing for all of ATLUS' games in the United States.
