Good news, I don't have clogged/blocked arteries.
Bad news, I have to stick around until they find out what's causing it. |
Any update? |

Listen, if you can still read these posts, I feel I should let you know about cayenne. It's a wonderful herb/spice that can really help the heart. Big pharma probably doesn't want you to know these things, but cayenne has a very good reputation of giving the heart a boost. It's helped me a lot with my heart palpitations so I feel it could very well help you.
Of course, I can't recommend taking it as a drug unless you talk to your doctor about it, especially if you're on blood thinners like coumadin, but it probably wouldn't hurt to add a little of it to your food as a spice. But yeah, maybe you could look into it.

I started taking CQ10 and Fish Oil. Also, magnesium is good for the heart (I had heart "skipping" for a bit that magnesium seems to have cleared up).
Hope you are doing well StormTrooper. I'll be praying for you.

Just fuck...
Also, good luck. I currently have the flu and freak out over it. Health is something that you only miss when you don't have it...

I hope I can, I mean I'm only 22. Kind of a lot to drop on a young guy like me.

I appreciate everyone's support.
I'm just hoping they won't mess up my ink when I get the transplant.

Major bummer.
How long is the waiting list for a heart transplant? Can we get Denzel Washington to take hostages in order to secure you a heart?

No idea how long I'm waiting for, and I don't think my insurance would cover Denzel.
Maybe a Morgan freeman voice over though.

If four of us donate a piece of heart, that will give Trooper a full heart!

Don't worry we'll use safety scissors. Totally foolproof.

It's unfair for someone of your age to go through this. I worked with a man who suffered heart failure and had a defib put in, like you. He gets around well. It's the worry that gets you down. Don't allow it.

I find I get fatigued and out of breath very easily nowadays.
I go for my transplant evaluation on the 2nd.

The good news is, you're already receiving good care and are already in the process of getting it fixed. Best of luck to you, man.
Edit: Did anyone else get Valdronius' Zelda reference?

Definitely got the Zelda reference but I think my Denzel reference flew way under the radar.
