I don't know if there's anyone that hasn't heard about this by now, but this show is one of the main things that encouraged my love of reading. Most of us are in the generation that were brought up with this show. I only had five bucks to give, but I think it's a pretty awesome thing to give some dough to. Anyhow, that's all I have to say. You should be able to find the link anywhere, it's apparently a pretty big thing.

Who likes role-playing games? Me. Way too goddamn much.

I heard about the kickstarter when it first began and donated 50 bucks towards it. Reading Rainbow is such a great program and should continue on for as long as possible. I am so glad that LeVar Burton raised (as of my last check-in) over 2.7 million when he was only asking for 1 million. I hope they get even more.

I actually only liked this show for its theme song and that jingle after the child interviews. The actual reading part I got from other sources.

I'm not a bad enough dude, but I am an edgy little shit. I'll do what I can.

Fuck that, bring back Wishbone. I'm starting my own Kickstarter to clone the dog.

Yep, I gave $50 as well. I hope they have that sweet 8-bit RR graphic on a mug!

I donated at the $50 dollar level. Look what I'm getting!

I too donated earlier in the campaign. But I chose to receive no rewards. I just want the show back on somewhere.

That would be the only thing Seth McFarlane ever did that would help improve the lives of others. Everything else amounts to the television and movie equivalent of farts.

Well. The whole Cosmos thing, I think that was pretty good...

The dude may make shows that cater to a low denominator, but from everything I've seen of him, he pours what he makes from that (money and influence wise) into extremely worthwhile things like this, and Cosmos. I highly respect the man for that.

I respect him for what he's accomplished for himself, and for his generosity. Even if I think he's an overrated Hollywood buffoon.
