Alright, what is everybody excited about from this year's E3?
Massive open-world Zelda sounds like it might be awesome. I also think the new yarn yoshi looks sweet, and that claymation Kirby thing is absolutely gorgeous.
Not sure how I feel about the Nintendo Skylandersy Amiibo thing.

I'm actually more bummed out about the fact that Kingdom hearts 3, Beyond Good and Evil 2 and The Last Guardian weren't mentioned at all. Beyond Good and Evil has to be cancelled at this point. I'm looking forward to Nintendo's stuff, but those games are the ones I've been waiting for the most.

There was a recent (40 second) video before E3 that set up the premise of Kingdom Hearts 3. I think it was a conversation between young Eraqus and Xehanort, but I'm unfamiliar with the Japanese voices well enough to know for sure.

I wasn't aware of that. I should look that up.
I'm not sure KH3 would even work for me anymore. Imagine a thirty year old Sora talking about the power of his heart and friends. I want to like it, but it might be too long of a gap. I'm sure it'll still have great gameplay, though.

I'm most looking forward to Splatoon. Much like Lego City Undercover, I love the idea of "mature" games for young audiences that are done with the same amount of energy.
Also Phantom Pain and Smash Bros.

All I want is an announcement for RDR on PC. That's all. Although I have to agree with Bob that BG&E 2 and Last Guardian being left out are huge disappointments.

You know, I was all set to give this generation of consoles a pass, but after Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. and watching Nintendo's E3 stuff like Splatoon... I think I'll have to get a WiiU...once it drops in price, that is.
I really liked the way the Mario level creator was like Mario Paint...those sound effects took me back. That might have been my most used SNES game... that or Street Fighter II.

Mostly, I'm just looking forward to all the VR offerings coming down the pipeline. I'm so tired of meatspace.

As a Nintendo fanboy, I got a massive boner that still hasn't went away. Zelda U and Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire in particular have me very fucking happy to be a Nintendo fan.
