Happy Valentine's Day. What's everybody doing?

I'll be going to Friday Night Magic, because I am in fact a very eligible bachelor.

This holiday really doesn't mean all that much to me, since I stayed home on this day a lot back when I was in school. That may or may not have been a coincidence. So, same old, same old.

@atomjacked: That's more of an Anti-Valentine than a Valentine.

Greeting card day is dumb, if you love someone then treat every day like it's Valentine's day (not by buying stuff, you know what I mean).

As a certified romance expert I'd like to offer you (my internet buddies) some free tips and tricks you can use to make your main squeeze feel more special every day, like:

~Daily massages!

~Performing domestic duties they should be doing like cooking or chores, so they can relax from a hard day of faffing about! (You'll probably do a better job anyway.)

~Daily massages that are more "interesting"!

~Taking complete control of all the finances, so they don't have to worry about anything. It's like a romantic version of being the bank in Monopoly, you know how that game always tugged at your heart strings, don't lie!

~Leaving love notes where they will find them!

~Daily aggressive massages, for that deep tissue stress!

~Sifting through their garbage, so you can affectionately sort it for recycling!

~Popping up randomly when they are out away from you, just to show how available you are, always watching out for them, imagine how safe and loved they will feel!

~Poisoning their food just a little bit so you can lovingly nurse them back to health!

~Leaving love note where they "do not want to find them", even after you've been jokingly "warned" to knock it off! (ha ha what a wacky sense of humor lovers can have, amirite?)

~Planning their day out for them, down to perfectly synchronized bathroom breaks, order and discipline are the epitome of love!

~Dressing up like them, preferably in their own clothing, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!

~Displaying the heads of their rivals and enemies on your mantle! (advanced romancers only)

When all that fails you have to bust out the big guns, and get a tattoo to demonstrate your adore, like so:

My parents were killed by wolves on Valentine's Day back in 1995, so thanks for bringing that up, assholes.

also, this is what a buddy said about valentines day:
"I don't have enough energy to be nice everyday. Once a year is easier."

I was raped by my parents on Valentines day so, I don't really celebrate it.

Wife and I bought another tv and 360 so we can play Dead Island: Riptide together on the bed.

Who likes role-playing games? Me. Way too goddamn much.
