I only know two of them for sure. As for that flying contra ripoff (that I don't know the name of), doesn't that game have awesome digitized voice samples for an NES game?

#4 is Natsume's S.C.A.T. Pretty awesome. it's like Forgotten Worlds on the NES. Oh, wait..
The other ones are unlicensed, or just a mystery to me.

Yeah, it does.
The only other NES games I remember with voice samples are Pinbot and The Three Stooges, both of which were pretty awful sounding.
I still have no fucking idea what Pinbot said actually. I'm pretty sure one of them was "I don't like muff."

These games are all licensed, and all of them were released in the US.
#4 is indeed S.C.A.T. and it's the only one of these games that was truly good.
#5 could have been good, but instead it ended up as a slightly less shitty version of Bill & Ted's Excellent Video Game Adventure.
#2 was so good that it was remade with different characters in the starring roll.
