Is there any reason I shouldn't be alarmed by this or is the internet as we know it really fucked?

At first when I saw that video was posted three years ago, I thought it was outdated. Then I saw other videos like it that were posted at around the same time and realized that net neutrality has only been around for that long. If we were doing just fine before then, then I guess this doesn't really change anything now.
