People are making money off of their copyrights. They're at the very least entitled to a cut. That's most certainly a cut into their profits, if they are getting 0% of what they're entitled to for the use of their game.
Still, the site has been around at least 5 years, and nobody has mounted any serious legal action at them yet, so, meh.
