Billy Joe Shaver does the most frequently used Squidbillies intro song. George Jones recorded a version that was used for one episode and has been used a few times since.

A little late and a little niche, but Quinton Hoover, one of the original artists for games such as Magic and Legend of the Five Rings passed away last week on the 20th.
Three examples of his style:
  
He did a lot of art for some really awesome cards like Ball Lightning, Hymn to Tourach, Wrath of God, and I love his version of Regeneration even if the card itself is meh.

Quinton Hoover is my favorite artist who did work for MTG. I have a binder dedicated to only cards he has done the art for. Bummer.

Aw man I always liked his guitar playing, that's too bad. I got to see them live a few years back, I can't see Slayer getting a new guitarist, so that was probably the last time I'll see them again.
I wonder if he's forming a rap metal super group with Chris Kelly in Heaven right now?
