Went fairly well, but my money-saving attempt of bulldozing broken Police Dept and not replacing them didn't go too well and now crime is pretty high. Oops.
But it's a semi-disaster that atom will have to deal with

Just to let you know I got the file; I'll get things done before the end of the week.
Quite admittedly, I made some tough, unpopular decisions throughout the years that reflect quite harshly on the polls, including reducing some expenses in order to complete the reconstruction of some small neglected areas since the disasters happened, as well as try to push commerce in the city. At the end, there was just a very small increase in populace, but hopefully the next major may benefit from the apparent influx of residents at the very end.
