In this day and age of homebrewing and whatnot, if people are going to make a mockup image, they need to make the game. Either shit or get off the pot.

Lost it at "soundtrack with swears" and "kid who says he can kickflip." I think we could probably mod Tony Hawk or .skate to pull it off.

One of the skateboarders should be that one kid who carries his board everywhere but never actually skates. You could use the board to sit on but otherwise would have to just walk or run around holding it.

Yeah, that got me too.
That said, Tony Hawk's Underground's soundtrack was responsible for about 6 awesome album purchases.

That game would be awesome. They should give you also bonus points for failing your moves. The harder you fail at trying to succeed, the more points you get.

I knew two Joshes in high school. One was white and the other half-white and half-black, so I called them White Josh and Gray Josh.

I like that they used Bushido Blade to make that fake box art.

I got a weird balance. For every Hold Steady or Stiff Little Fingers album I'd buy from those soundtracks, I'd end up with four Millencollin CDs.

Actually, yes. Look at the numbers on the left side of that, down at the bottom. SCUS-94180 is definitely Bushido Blade. Compare it to the image you linked. I just notice stuff like that because I work in design.

Ha ha I had roller blades, the ones with the grind plates and little wheels in the middle, the skater crowd was always contemptuous of the roller blade guys, called us fruit boots.
When I see kids faffing about with razor scooters at a skate park now I always wonder where they are in the skater pecking order.
Remember freestyle walking, and soap shoes, the ones that had grind plates molded directly to the bottom of the sole?

I remember soap shoes, had a friend who owned a pair.
Back when I was in my early teens there was some kind of fad called line walking, where we would walk in the most direct, straight line from point A to point B, even if it meant walking through thorn bushes or climbing over barbed wire fences. I got really bad poison oak doing that and it was super fucking horrible. Ah, memories.

THUG was responsible for me discovering Bad Religion, Rise Against, The Clash, Stiff Little Fingers and the Transplants (whose first record, at least, was amazing). It was a pretty big deal in the development of my music tastes.

Wow. You recognized it from that litte code? I would never have thought of that. I just looked at the cover art and how everything else was placed on the cover.

I'm calling BS on this one. You've heavily implied before that you're a professional hitman and even outright stated that you do questionably-legal odd jobs for rich people and "other people in high places".

Pretty sure I never heavily implied those things. You probably weren't paying close enough attention to what I had typed and jumped to conclusions based on a misunderstanding.
I am not a hitman, but I have done some questionably legal odd jobs for people, some of whom were rich and some not. Not sure what you mean by "high places" other than perhaps you are insinuating I do contract kills for PCP addicts and crackheads.
