I think I can get about half of them. The ones that are just geometric shapes I don't have a clue. Maybe as a team we could decipher it?

Okay i've been editing my post i'll stick the others in i found - to be changed if incorrect of course - added possible Kamek - also we got two Boos! EDIT: Is it also possible that Toad is actually mushroom and 19 is toad? Also 55 Bowser Jr?

Having Bomberman as the first one completely throws me off because it's suddenly not a collection of Nintendo characters.

I am pretty sure that Kirby is 17 (rounded arms) whereas 64 is Boo.
My guess is that Toad is not 19 because his eyes are not that small.
31 is probably King Dedede, as Alowishus mentioned.

Maybe 36 is Malo from Twilight Princess? Seems like a stretch.

He's a Hudson Soft one is he not? I dunno, that's what it looks like to me and he did have games on Nintendo consoles.

Saw it written as "Star" and "Starman".
