Has this been done yet? I couldn't find it, but here goes my contribution, I suppose. Feel free to bash me if I just totally missed it somewhere.
The idea that Lost Highway was based, at least in part, by the OJ Simpson trial takes on a whole new level of weird when you consider Robert Blake is the Mystery Man. There's definitely an element of 'bleed' in Lynch's films sometimes, perhaps even the precognitive strain.
Enough about that, though, who's got some of their all-time favorites ready?
Who likes role-playing games? Me. Way too goddamn much.

Yeah I love that Lost Highway scene, also the Revenge of the "Neirds" scene from American Splendor.
The Club scene from 25th hour:
This scene from Amadeus:

Is it bad I knew that was a Fulci movie because of the makeup before I realized what famous scene of his it was? Love the RotLD avatar too.

I love the zombie fighting the shark. My favorite scene from that movie. I also like the scene where the woman gets pulled into the splinter from the door and it goes into her eyeball.

I'M AS MAD AS HELL AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE.
I haven't even seen this film but it's epic, it looks to be about society standing up against government or something.
Also:
If you haven't seen the illusionist and you want to see it don't watch this, it's major spoilers. Fucking epic scene though.
EDIT: Okay this isn't the scene i am talking about but still these parts are great.
[SPOILER:3984b633e9]The scene i am referring to is at the end when he is arrested for the second time. What's great is how he's portrayed basically at the start as a magician who does tricks of wonder and when his true love dies he just basically moves away from that and just sits on the chair on the stage basically jaded with life, enthusiasm gone, doesn't say a word just "summons spirits" as seen in the video above. What's great though is how in his second arrest they tell him to get up and he doesn't and when they try to lift him he is a "ghost" too. It's just fucking fantastically done. One of my favorite films[/SPOILER:3984b633e9]

Network. It truly is epic. Highly recommend this to anyone. It's amazing this movie was even allowed to be made.

Every bloody upload of the scene had embedding disabled! It's a God damned conspiracy!

I have quite a few, so picking the best was hard. Ultimately, this is a film I feel not only encapsulated history, emotions and scenery, but will continue to stand the test of time.

I love that Mask scene.
I remember the first time I saw The Empire Strikes Back. No one had spoiled it for me, so this moment was pure gold.
After that, some memorable moments.
The escape scene from Shawshank Redemption.
The ending of The Usual Suspects and the ending of The Game.
