Tecmo Bowl in Cool As Ice.
Missile Command is featured in both Fast Times At Ridgemont High and Terminator 2.
Centipede is featured in the "James Bond" movie Never Say Never Again.
Doug in King of Queens place in a couple of scenes a racing game on the PS2. You only actually see it in one scene and i have no idea what game that is.

I think there might have been some video games in The Wizard too, but I forget.
Super Mario 3 i think. And Double Dragon for NES gets at least mentioned.
I remember Ninja Gaiden and Rad Racer were in it, too, I think.
There may have something about a bad glove or something. I remember them talking about how powerful it was.
Also, the autistic kid's dad is so obsessed with Zelda that he plugs the NES in at the mechanic's shop and proceeds to act like he's hula hooping on top of a flagpole while playing it.
Man, now that you guys mention it there sure were a lot of video game references in that film. Not sure how I missed them when I was kid.
And!...That dad's brother was so obsessed with video games that he actually became part of one in TRON. :O

In Grosse Point Blank, a kid is playing either a Doom (or maybe Doom 2) arcade machine. Such a thing never existed. It was built for the movie.
There was also a Doom arcade in an episode of Seinfeld.

Fun fact, they're "playing" with N64 controllers!

Grandma's Boy has a great scene where Nick Swardson beats some guy @ DDR.

Well, if we're also including TV shows, Dance Dance Revolution has been featured on Everybody Loves Raymond a number of times.
Also, Clarissa from Clarissa Explains It All developed a fighting game featuring her and her friends. Or maybe she warped into a fighting game, I can't remember clearly.

That's great Bobby, but we don't have Dance Dance Revolution so... you're dumb.
Grandma's Boy also featured the greatest video game ever made: Frog Bog!

Yeah didn't she have some kind of software on her computer that let her make games, or did they never really bother to explain that? I seem to remember her making computer games being a plot device more than once, and it always bugged me as a kid because I thought there was some game creator software out there that I could use to make my own games.
Also were her parents aware of that kid's ladder to her bedroom? That seemed highly irresponsible of them to not put a stop to that.

There's a movie called Durango Kids (I think that's the one, anyway. Wikipedia apparently does not have a page for it) where, before anything that develops the plot occurs, they're all playing Ocarina of Time. Well, one playing while the others watch. It was released in 1999.
It's funny, because the kid who was playing had /just/ gotten into Ganon's Castle for the first time and said "it's taken me three years to get to this part". First, he's a shitty gamer if that's true. Second, Ocarina of Time was released in '98.

It was "Hardball!" and he was playing it on a Commodore 64.
