The height was actually 281, not 200. Anyways, I evenly scaled the image from 500w x 281h to 356w x 200h.
The image is a bit grainier than the original due to the compacted area, so unless you want to go with my professional smoothing services again, I would see if the others could touch it up should it not be to your liking.

Unfortunately, that's what I first attempted to do, but I couldn't figure out how to blur an animated .gif with GIMP. We need Sehkmaenzo or Sir Fontaine for that sort of black magic.
However, I could drive over and poke your eyes out if you wish to achieve a similar effect!
