Megatron. He's like 5 times bigger than Richter.

Besides, if the DreamMix game is any indication, Megatron easily pwns Belmonts.

Also, as I pointed out to Syd while watching him play DreamMix, according to Megatron's bio, his fusion cannon links directly to the power of blackholes (SCIENCE!) so he should technically be able to beat just about anybody.

yeah, he's great. he has a super move where he transforms into the gun and lights you up.
