As soon as I heard the drum note, I just knew it had to be a Kemco game (since it sounds just like the drum note in many of the Shadowgate themes). All it took after that was a little googling/youtubing the Kemco games until I found it.

I was just playing Rush n' Attack, and the Star Spangled Banner plays when you beat the 5th level. :O
It's not the same, though.
