I need helping find an old short that they used to show on Nickelodeon all the time. In it, this kid is playing with wind-up toys and then one of them stops working. The toy tells the kid to mail him back to the factory to be fixed. The kid then pulls the original packaging out of his desk, which he's kept because he's a douche, tapes the toy into it, and sends it back to the factory. I forget exactly what happens after that, but the toy comes back at the end.

I've tried searching for this on YouTube, but when you search for "wind-up toy", like 5,000 clips show up of homemade wind-up toy demos. What kind of asshole puts that shit on YouTube?
