Alot of people here just like consoles, less of a hassle than PC gaming for alot of people.
How else could u explain Syd using a Pentium 3 computer in 2010?
personally I have been going to overclock.net for years and learned alot of computer stuff that way.

GP, I'm upgrading my gaming PC. Do I need to have L3 cache on my cpu or is that really only beneficial when you're doing more intensive applications. I'm looking at some AMD quad core and comparing the Deneb vs. Propus. They're bassically the same minus the L3 cache and the Propus would save me a little bit of money.

I wouldn't say you NEED to have it, the benefits between the 2 won't amount to that much processor gain. I would stick with the Propus, if it's quad core will you have at least 2MB L2 per core?
