And G4 always wanged chung. TechTV was the shit, and Comcast is full of assholes who laid off the entire TechTV staff and only re-hired a select few people.

Upon review, at least several of the shows I railed against are gone. And I'm sorry but I still like X-Play, except when they do stupid stuff like an hour long episode inspired by 4/20 (Hell that whole day's programming was f'n stupid).
In summation, X-Play (and maybe Cinematech: NE depending on what I see when I turn to it) are the only things I watch on that channel now.

That's because those are the only tech related shows left. Sitcoms like Arrested Development, and Game Shows like Ninja Masters, may be great shows, but they do not belong on a "Video Game and Technology" cable station.

Uhh, I don't where you're getting this "technology station" bullshit from. What happened is Comcast saw TechTV as a threat to G4, so they bought it, weeded TechTV completely out of it, and got G4 on DirecTV. There's no "tech" lett, it's not a "technology" station, it's shit, through and through. And if you were ever a fan of TechTV, you're disgracing that once fine station by watching G4, and should be ashamed of yourself.

I fuckin' hate G4.
One point when it died for me was when (I referenced this before) Xplay called beatmania a Guitar Hero ripoff. I threw my sneaker at the telly and I never watched it again.
AotS has changed itself around dramatically, and, all the hosts are gone! bad!
Ninja Warrior has nothing to do with games, but its aight.
I don't even think Anime Unleashed exists no more...shit.
Icons killed itself when they branched out and did histories of (insert non-VG thing here)

Attack of the Show is actually pretty good. I never really watched the Screen Savers, so I can't compare the two.
X-Play can actually be entertaining. If they focus on the actual game. And if Morgan Webb isn't reviewing it.
Ninja Warrior rules. Period.
G4's not a terrible network, but I still miss Future Fighting Machines and Robot Wars. They were the shit.

Screen Savers was about a googlecluster (look it up) times better than AoTS. It was no nonsense tech discusions and reviews. And, Dark Tips, was the best, as they should you how to hack stuff, and do other "questionable legal things with your PC".
