This movie has real and scary vampires in it, which is what we all really want. Colin Farrell isn't bad as a vampire. He can really play the low key parts well, the subtle stuff, something the classic vampire needs to have.
As it's a remake no plot details really need to be said, you can go find the original and watch it
This version was written by Marti Noxon, who used to write for Buffy the Vampire Slayer. A nice surprise. She can definitely do horror. I'd watch this movie over Twilight any day. I suppose anyone would though
