Lukashenko never ceases to amaze me. There are a lot of things that you can accuse a person of... and when you are a dictator... oh sorry, President... you can make most of those things stick no matter what. However, you can't just make people grow limbs... though I guess you can get the police and judges to pretend that they exist.

I told a friend about this and the friend assumed the guy was clapping against his torso. But then you read about a deaf mute trying to shout against the government and it frames a clearer picture.

It's so easy to joke about this some times, because it's so ridiculous, but then I realize how fucked up it is, because it's actually an enforced law that results in arrests.
