The tape inside this one got twisted inside so I had to rip it open and fix it but I forgot how and where these last four pieces go in. Does anybody have any idea?

You're both partially wrong and partially right, VHS is Vaginal Hysteria Syndrome, and was a precursor to the more politically correct Premenstrual Syndrome or PMS.
