So last night was way too interesting not to mention here. Hopefully you'll get a kick out of this. So I was on an undisclosed beach on the North Shore with 4 chicks last night, and we're walking around. I'm drinking brandy and getting prety lit. As we start to walk back to an undisclosed apartment, from about 100 yards away I see a bunch of 19-20 year old kids on this porch sitting around a TV they've set up outside. There's a lot of blue, red, and green on the screen. What could it be? Could it possibly be true in 2007? What could be better: 80+ degree night, clean beach, chicks, drinkin, and MOTHER FUCKIN Super Mario Bros. across the street. So, naturally i drop whatever i was saying to the chicks and run over to these guys to inform them how cool they were and how great of an idea it is to have NES outside on a porch. How do they reciprocate? Grab a controller and play, man?
So, a few minutes later they're realizing my 27 year old skill is not to be fucked with and I'm on World 4, beating all their house records. They're impressed and offer a gift of friendship:
"You guys want to buy some crack?"
"Ha-ha, hey check it out a 1-up."
"No, I'm serious." "We got crazy mushrooms, crack, H, anything you want."
"Check this out, Lakitu is fucking OWNED."
-meanwhile, the chicks have started running at the first speaking of crack. I decided it was time to go.-
Anyways, the moral of the story is—it is awesome to play NES outside on a porch on a beach, but such great ideas might be the work of actual crackheads. Use discretion. \m/ 'o' \m/

Nah, it's a video game-related story. And it's both awesome and scary at the same time.

Please leave the modding to the mods. I've noticed you in particular in a few threads telling us where we should put posts or trying to steer people back on topic. I appreciate the concern, but we'll take care of it if it needs to be done.
As for the topic, usually the mention of "crack" ruins most activities. But I love the idea of outdoor video games in the nice weather last night.
Lemme guess... Revere beach?

Spanky beat me too it, but not only are you from Revere, but no beach in Massachusetts says drinking and crackheads quite like Revere beach.

Because this story involves actual crackheads, I'm going to keep the location classified. Last thing I need is angry crackheads to be chasing me. All I will say is that it was not Revere Beach. Because I'm unfortunately from Revere, I know enough to stay away. The fact that well-kept kids in their early 20s were trying to sell me crack on the porch of a decent looking house was far more of a shock on this beach.
I'm glad you guys dug the story. As I was walking away, the first thing I thought of was that you guys above any would get a kick out of it.

Ok then.
As for jtavano, it was great. I just was a blind asswipe again.

No sweat man. No asswipes here.
As an epilogue to the story. they have an old grey-style zapper too. I think I might have to swipe it.
