A lot of these types of problems in society would solve themselves if they would simply allow decent citizens to beat the asses of people who are ignorant.
If you're talking/texting during the movie, the person behind you should have the legal right to smack you upside the head with no legal repercussion.

A lot of people have this "The customer is always right" mentality.
What they fail to understand is that, if they're rude, obnoxious, or unreasonable, they're not customers anymore. They're annoyances.
The whole idea of customer service is to get people to return. If you don't want them back, screw them.

Yeah I've worked customer service for the last five years and that whole I'm the customer that means I'm right I don't need a receipt for a warranty return and yes I AM allowed to be a complete takin it to the next level entirely douchehammer crybaby tantrum squirting dickhead because I'm the customer and the customer is always right! crowd always ruin my already eroding faith in humanity.
Also I've taken way worse supervisor calls than that, she would have been cake to shut down and get off the phone, you know if it wasn't a message.

That is because while it is an actual message, they had someone come in and read the lines for the advertisement. That is what the story I read on this said, at least. I am sure if the lady was drunk the original would probably have been way longer.
