The film clip is from Neighbours, a 1952 short by Norman McLaren. Totally worth watching if you get the chance. I recorded the song myself, earlier today.

Can i sing as well as BeachBum or Sehk? No i can not, but i got the next best thing. The Brochachos try hard enough to act like they are playing instruments that are actually inanimate objects. And I will be taking requests if you would like to see more dubbings of terrible audio and instrument playing.
