Later I found the full video to the one from up there. It's actually a clip from an interview with him.
His "stage" name if you will is Reeps One, and he's got all kinds of stuff on youtube. He's crazy good.

Turns out this guy, Utada Hikaru, recently won a talent contest in Japan and earned a trip to the US. That guy in the clip you posted is pretty damn good too.
