Why be sad? Arnold deserves better. I always wished he would have been with a 20 year old blonde and actually been a part of Hollywood for the past decade or longer but that didn't happen. Maybe this is a new beginning for the guy.

Well, Maria didn't want him in politics in the first place and refused to move into the governor's mansion, so he had to commute to work via his private jet. So if she had her way, he'd still be making movies, and we would have gotten Total Recall 2 and his Westworld remake. I'd still like to see both of those happen. TR2 seems unlikely, since they're remaking the first one. But if the new one bombs, maybe...

It seems odd for a famous couple to announce a separation. I feel like they usually just get divorced or stick with it and deal privately. This is just going to be messy for everyone.
