Wait, you went there with a group and you are mad because the ones performing the actual ceremony didn't stop to help your friend who had low blood sugar when your whole group, teachers, chaperone's, etc. were right there?

I am slightly busting your balls and would probably agree with you more if I knew that it was just you, a bunch of other children and those guards. But I don't think that was the case and assume there were other adults around who could take care of the situation instead of fucking up a ceremony that everyone there knew has never been stopped before. And I also agree with your point that yeah, we should probably be more worried about the living people who are in trouble then guarding some bones. I dunno man, it's a weird situation.

I'm really torn on this. Part of me wants say that slavish adherence to ritual is a sign that one has nothing better to think about, or possibly shout alarmist bullshit like BRAINWASHING, but on the other hand I'm a believer in following the rules and showing respect where respect is due..... I can't decide on my place in this argument!
