Okay so this is an older movie that I can't recall, I'd say about the seventies at least. It's been about ten years from when I saw it but from what I remember it involved two characters going against a big bad guy who somehow stopped time or something. It was animated for the main characters, but the beginning and the ending had real people. The Main characters were tiny compared to the real people... any help would be appreciated...
