Hmm.. I gotta get workin' on mine. This could turn out to be some cool shit.
Also, all you need to do this is use MS Paint, for the most part.

I laughed for a few seconds, but after that wore off, I double-checked, and I can happily confirm that I still have a great chest. Yep, still a girl. BUT if you're still confused about anatomical differences, I found this great diagram (possibly NSFW):

EDIT #2: Based on those instructions, I plan to cheat and just make mine in Paint.
