Vald, I feel like every time we see a card trick or something, you figure it out. Well... I would love to understand how the hell this guy can do this.

I noticed that during the time when the guy was cutting the cards and the audience was like "you are just placing them back on top", after he finished doing it twice and continued the routine he just reversed the cut that the guy did anyway - 3:33 of the video.

I guess it was audience participation or something...or perhaps it was to make the trick look more complicated than it actually is i dunno i'm not a magician.

Though i do have a feeling that the deck is set in a specific way and after each cut is done the magician reverses that cut so it in fact has no effect.

There are some people that have an uncanny ability to know where cards are whether spread out of shuffled. As Alowishus said, a single cut is fairly easy to undo if you have fast hands and know which card is supposed to be on bottom. The way he popped out the four kings was pretty impressive though.
