Wait...weren't JBL and APA Bradshaw different people? I'm pretty sure JBL was in APA at the beginning of his career, but he looks nothing like the Bradshaw I remember.
Also, D'lo Brown, British Bulldog, Terry Funk (Chainsaw Charlie), Godfather, and Sunny should be on my list.

JBL and Bradshaw are the same guy. When he was Bradshaw, he had his hair dyed black and a moustache.

Huh...I learned something today. And here I was constantly telling my friends at school that JBL didn't hold a candle to "Blackjack" Bradshaw. I was still kinda right though. Blackjack Bradshaw looked alot cooler.

JBL was easily my favorite WWE heel in the last 10 years. No one else even comes close.
Farooq aka Ron Simmons, was the first black WCW heavyweight champion. I'm not sure WWE ever had one, before they split the titles.

I would say The Rock, but i'm not sure he's black. The only other people I can think of are Booker T and Bobby Lashley, and I think the title was split before them.
EDIT: Should I suggest X-Pac? He was the first wrestler with two different championships, I think...

Lashley was definitely a single brand champion. Booker T might have been a unified champion.
Rock is Italian or Samoan or something.

No KoKo B. Ware? No Junk Yard Dog? No Virgil? No Papa Shango? No Godfather? This game is racist.

Rock counts as a black champion.
Rock is 1/2 Black / 1/2 Samoan.
His father was Rocky Johnson (Who was the first black WWF Tag Team champion, and his mother was the daughter of High Chief Peter Miavia.

Hacksaw was a part of the Attitude Era?
Also, if Million Dollar man is downloadable content then Virgil and IRS should be along with him.
The only people missing from this game is the Demolition Tag Team. God they fucking owned.

IRS should be in. Virgil wasn't much of a wrestler. Did he even have a finisher?

Hell Yeah! Virgil threw money at those unconscious bastards.
Also, an amendment to my previous post: I think Papa Shango and The Godfather were the same dude...which creates another cool idea for downloadable content.

Virgil used to do the Million Dollar Dream when he was with Dibiase, but switched to the knockout punch when he broke free, he was actually very very over for that period.
It's funny, I used to HATE Bradshaw so goddamn much. He was just this generic bad ass face who WWE pushed so much and it never worked enough. It's such a shame he did turn heel so late in his career, because not only was he probably the best mic guy at the time, but he's just a natural heel in general.
Charles Wright played Papa Shango, Kama Mustafa, the Godfather and the Goodfather. I think that's the record for most gimmicks by a guy in the WWE.
As far as a few guys I would put in?
Big John Studd
Demolition Ax
Demolition Smash
Honky Tonk Man
Iron Sheik
Kerry Von Erich
Koko B. Ware
Nikolai Volkoff
One Man Gang/Akeem
Rick the Model Martel
Tito Santana
Alberto Del Rio
Christian
Daniel Bryan
Dolph Ziggler
Wade Barrett
And Ted Jr. doesn't even belong in the game, let alone the WWE. He's such a failure on all levels.

they should make a WCW vs. WWE game, with classic characters and gimmicks from the Monday Night Wars. The storyline mode would be awesome, and could have revenge mode type of areas where you're sabotaging the other brand between shows.

Steve Lombardi has him beat:
Brooklyn Brawler
Boston Brawler
Kim Chee
Abe "Knuckleball" Schwartz
Most Violent Player (MVP)
Kangaroo
Doink the Clown
The Red Knight
I agree on Demolition, and would rather see more "Attitude" and "Rock & Wrestling" era performers over current mid-carders in the game.
I want WWE/THQ to make a true "Legend of Wrestling" game. (Since the Acclaim ones sucked other than having decent rosters)
I mean WWE owns the rights to:
American Wrestling Association
Georgia Championship Wrestling
Extreme Championship Wrestling
Eastern Championship Wrestling
Smoky Mountain Wrestling
Stampede Wrestling
Ultimate Pro Wrestling
Championship Wrestling from Florida
World Championship Wrestling
Jim Crockett Promotions
Eastern States Championship Wrestling
Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling )
Central States Wrestling
Championship Wrestling from Georgia
St. Louis Wrestling Club
World Class Championship Wrestling
Maple Leaf Wrestling
I want a game with a roster of hundreds. I want to make dream matches like Lou Thesz vs Stone Cold Steve Austin, or both Nature Boys (Ric Flair & Buddy Rogers) vs Fritz and Kerry Von Erik. I mean WWE owns pretty much the entire filmed legacy of Professional Wresting in North America. Think of the possibilities!

The Rock is only black during Black History Month, so the kids have someone to look up to.

Well if the rumor was true, looks like Vinnie Mac forgave Poffo for slipping Stephanie the rising elbow drop:

meh, make it a text list, like smackdown, isntead of icons. Alphabetive them and split them up by era and federation. up and down changes wrestler, left and right changes category. wouldn't be that confusing.
Wrestling games aren't like fighting games. they can have similar movesets and shit, and people will still play as them. like those shitty naruto games, nobody picks characters in a wrestling game based on their moves or stats or even strategies. they pick who they like on tv.

Did you equate the WWE with sports?

I have not played the new NBA jam yet.
WWE games are sports games. This is an undeniable fact. They have accurate stats, a simulation mode, music only on the menus and commentary everywhere else, and an emphasis on realism over fun factor.

Technically, you're right but I look at it like this;
Brooklyn and Boston were the "same" person
Doink the Clown wasn't HIS character, he just filled in. I can't remember if it was he or Steve Keirn who was the go between guy after Bourne.
The Red Knight was a one time appearance from what I remember.

Boston Brawler was Brooklyn Brawler going Heel. It's the same as Rocky Miavi becoming The Rock.
