I'm pretty sure he's just routing the TV signal to the PSP. The Wii is not "running" on the PSP itself. The PSP is basically acting as a TV, with a several seconds delay in video transmission because the signal is being transmitted wirelessly. You could "run" a 360 or PS3 on the PSP if you wanted to as well.
