I'm creating a test tool for a new HR mgmt program at work. The tool will be sent out to all employees and has step by step audio instructions. The audio is in mp4 format.

The problem is most computers at work are not updated and mp4 comes up as an unknown file. The easy solution is to download VLC, but no one will have administrator access.

I'm wondering if there is a web-based application that can play mp4 files. Does anyone know if this exists?

No, I don't think I will fuck Stummies.

Never mind. I just realized that the easiest solution is to convert the files to wmv. I love being able to out-nerd the IT department.
