I wonder if part of the game size has to do with the fact that JC2 is a DX10 game that does not have support for DX9 or Windows XP. By eliminating dual support, using more modern APIs and allowing the processor to draw more on the fly, I imagine that they were able to save a lot of space.

I honestly liked Kane and Lynch when it first came out but it did have its problems. But the multiplayer was so rad and interesting i wish it would have been put in a better game.

Well, at the ridiculously low price, I picked up all of the Tomb Raider games.
I am most interested in Guardian of Light, but overall given the discounts I was happy to pickup a few games that I think will be interesting to play through.
