Yes.
Also, this is my last pack too. I've never said it before because I don't like lying about it to myself, but for cereal I am not buying another pack. It's for my health, and every time I go outside to smoke a cigarette, that's 5 minutes I could have spent with my daughter. Fuck cigarettes.

I bought one of these, the "Blu" Brand.
They fucking sucked. One didn't work out the box, the flavor cartridges were suppose to last for "125" puffs. Maybe it would last a day, and I normally smoke about 5 a day.
Seriously. Don't buy that brand.
But, I have some guys at work who a different brand, could tell you which one, but theirs works great they say, and they can smoke them in the building and on the watch floor with no problems since there is no second hand smoke.

If you guys REALLY want to quit smoking, go get yourselves some niacin supplements, something like 500 mg capsules, the flush-free kind. Nicotine and niacin are almost chemically identical, and the nicotine is actually taking the place of the niacin in your brain, which is why you get such intense cravings, because your body desperately needs niacin. All smokers have an extreme niacin deficiency, and megadosing it WILL let you quit smoking, quickly and easily.
I did it, three days and I was done. I took 500mg of niacin maybe every two hours, along with a B-vitamin complex capsule and a 500mg vitamin C capsule. I smoked over a pack a day usually, and my addiction was stopped cold.
Once you're past the withdrawal period, you won't need to take that much. It's just building it back up in your body to a normal level, afterward you might only need to take one capsule a day, or you could even get most of the niacin you need from food.
Give it a try, I can almost guarantee that it will work for you, provided you have an actual desire to quit.

Did your wife/girlfriend give you hell about it through the pregnancy? Cause the guilt just about killed me with mine.
