B3: makes me think Dynasty Warriors, from the Chinese names and the weapons, but it doesn't directly lend itself to that I guess...

I really don't think Mean Streets is more likely than Streets of Rage, considering that the latter is extremely well known and the former is ancient and unknown.

F3 is Resistance 2, only reason I can think of to have two resistance formulas.

Apparently Love Bug, Code Red, and Blaster were all computer viruses, or worms, I guess they're sometimes called. I googled them and that's what I got :3

F1: Could be Sid Meyer's "Trains"

F3: The formula is "Ohm's Law", but I can't make it work with a game name. Twin Ohms, two ohms, etc.
